Integrated Development & Co-ordination

This section focuses mainly on facilitation of the following poverty alleviations programs:

1. Facilitation of poverty alleviations and integrated development planning using participatory rural appraisal tools.
2. Integrated food security program in partnership with Oxfam Australia
3. Facilitation and providing training in project management
4. Projects planning, support, mentoring, bookkeeping tailor made training
5. Education in HIV/AIDS and life skills development training in partnership with LOVE LIFE.
6. Facilitation of income generation and Local Economic Development projects.
7. Creating linkages for community initiatives with financial institutions and relevant service providers
8. Development of projects proposals for community initiatives for funding
9. Facilitate the working relationship between local elected leadership and local elected leadership.

IDC section is facilitating the following community projects:

o Coastal Cashews (cashew production)
o Cezwana Youth Cooperative (mushroom and nursery)
o kwaNgwanase Farmers organization (seed bank, training and traditional foods)
o Tshanini Community Game Reserve (Community Conservation Area)
o Mafa Nguni Cattle C0-operative (Nguni Cattle breed project)
o Imizamo Yethu Youth Co-operative (indigenous plants nursery)
